Warranty
Your Studebaker watch is covered by a five (5)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, as determined and confirmed by an Authorized Studebaker Watch Company Service Center.
Any component found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault will, at the sole discretion of Studebaker Watch Company, be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
This warranty is a Limited Warranty and constitutes the exclusive manufacturer’s warranty. Proof of purchase and/or the original warranty certificate/card may be required to obtain warranty service. This warranty is non-transferable.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, or abusive use (including but not limited to dings, dents, or drops). Lack of regular maintenance or proper cleaning. Damage caused by magnetization, exposure to magnetic fields, or extreme climate conditions. Moisture or humidity inside the case, including oxidation. Any dismantling, tampering, or alterations. Repairs or servicing performed by anyone other than an Authorized Studebaker Watch Company Service Center. Watch straps or bracelets, including leather, rubber, or metal. Watches with altered, damaged, or removed serial numbers. Lost or stolen watches.
Before Wearing Your Watch
This is an automatic watch and is powered by the natural movement of your wrist. Before wearing the watch for the first time, it must be manually wound by turning the crown clockwise a minimum of 25 turns to ensure proper operation.
Return Policy
Studebaker Watch Company offers a fourteen (14)-day return policy from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Returned watches must be unworn, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging and materials. Watches showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only and will exclude all shipping and insurance charges.
